Optimal location and great service / value.

Very close to the Taipei train station and easy access to the elevator with big luggages. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Free coffee, tea and instant noodles!

Perfect location, clean room. I liked the coffee and the laundry corners. They were very needed for my stay.

Poor noise isolation.

Well located, clean and well organized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, drinks, and water dispenser provided. Comfortable bed.

Room was small with not much room to adequately store a backpack.

Very good location and friendly staff. I requested a room with bigger window for my mum, the staff even made a phone call before my travel to confirm the arrival time and acknowledged my request. Excellent service!!

Wonderful staff so friendly and courteous. The rooms are great and comfortable. Close to the station so was easy to get around and to the airport.

Terrible person next door who thought it was absolutely okay to make noise till 4 am disturbing my sleep all four nights.

- shower water pressure was good! (Like a massage)- fancy toilet - very niceeee and helpful workers- clean - location is perfect- scale for your luggage- and they did something special for my bdayy? so sweeett

Euhm nothing really! Everything was goood!!

There are small and large breakfast shops and restaurants all over the neighborhood in every direction. The hotel room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The room was... snug. No space to sit anywhere but the bed if you have 2 suitcases (one on the suitcase stand and one on the chair). But it was good value so we didn't mind.

Friendly and sweet staff. Room was clean though size was realli tiny. Great location and near to taipei main station. Good food options and convenience stores nearby.

Size of room was tight and there were slightly different configurations for same room type. Bed and pillow on the softer size. Bed is more like a smaller double bed, rather than a standard queen size, for 2 pax.

Staff are nice and helpful. The room is super clean. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the MRT station.

For security reasons, each room should have a peephole installed in the door and a security card access for elevators should be provided.

Very noisy on 2/F even after midnight and in the morning. The noisy made me can't sleep well.

Laundry room was convenient but always busy

The breakfast bento is so filling and delicious. Choose of breads and beverage aside have a lot of varieties.

The toilet ‘s smell lingering in the room, even the ac is on. Rooms musty’ smell could be due to the lack of ventilation in the room.

Location is superb- very near Taipei Main Station, with convenience stores and malls located close by or even right beside the hotel. Relatively close to Ximending as well. Beds are comfy enough, and their pantry is quite generous- free instant coffee, tea, and chocolate bars all day and free instant noodles at midnight.

Rooms are not completely soundproof. I could hear my neighbors closing their bathroom doors and people entering their rooms across mine, though you won't hear conversations or TV unless they turn up the volume. If you have the misfortune of having an inconsiderate neighbor, like me, you might have a bad time. Mine started making noise at 2 AM and didn't stop for half an hour.

We love the service, House keeper done a very good job. We also like the Minibar.

The room is a little small, but it's enough for a week of traveling

Great location and very helpful, very polite staff. I had a medical problem in the middle of the night and they tried to help the best they could.

The hotel is place conveniently near Taipei Main station area giving easy access to going anywhere around Taipei. As a solo traveler, the hotel had everything I needed from amenities like washer/dryer for clothes and an area for refreshments for a quick coffee or drink. The customer service from the staff was on point and tried their best to accommodate me when they could. the hotel is open 24/7 so their is always staff available to assist you if needed. Baggage storage is available if neede

If you are not fond of small places, the rooms and hallways are quite cramped. if you are traveling it's better if you bring small suitcases over large ones. wi-fi internet connection is available but it can be spotty sometimes. Aside from those things, no other issues.
